The Whelan Home

The Arrival, July 23, 2008.

This is the ancestral home of former Liberal MP Eugene Whelan. This log cabin was built in 1843 and the Whelan family occupied it somewhere between 1899 and 1901. It has been moved to our museum and will be ready for public display in the summer of 2009.
