Jack Miner Homestead

Jack Miner Homestead 1889 - 1916  This wood frame house, built by Jack Miner for his bride, Laona, originally stood down the road next to the pond where the big brick house (1918) stands today.  "The smaller the house, the larger the home" was his comment on the love and appreciation he felt within its walls.
